At soulPhoodie, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email admin@soulphoodie.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return or exchange.

Refund Options

If there’s an issue caused by us, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund once the original item is received and inspected.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.
