Processing Time

All orders ship within 1–2 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way.

We currently ship via USPS within the United States.

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

• Free Shipping: Orders $70 or more

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or delayed, contact us at admin@soulphoodie.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve it.

 

Returns & Exchanges

At soulPhoodie, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email admin@soulphoodie.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return or exchange.

Refund Options

If there’s an issue caused by us, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund once the original item is received and inspected.
